You can easily pick up your cheesecake from a cooler at the bottom of my driveway in Waterbury. This system was initially implemented at the beginning of the pandemic and has worked so well, it may be adopted for the long term. You could say cheesecake making runs in our family. My brother Jeff started "Jeff's Cheesecake" in Hamburg, Germany, where he continues today to custom bake his delicious creamy cakes.
It was his idea to bring NY-style cheesecake to Vermont, a place he called home for several years and still loves and visits often. With Jeff's help and support, 'Lauren's Cheesecake' was born in Vermont.
I now offer ten different varieties of made-to-order cheesecakes in three different sizes. There is sure to be a flavor everyone will enjoy!
